This is a step-by-step process of how to create a form on serlzo
Visit Serlzo and navigate to the login page.
If you're new to Serlzo, kindly sign up.
Once you're logged in, kindly navigate to the left hand side of your screen and select Forms
Click on the "Create your first form" button
Fill in the Form name, Description and the List to store data(you should already have a list created).
You can toggle on the "Show form name and description on form", this will show a title and description when you publish your form
Click on the "Create form" button to create the form
Select the template that best describes your From
Opt-in, Webinar, Ecommerce, or Survey Form
You have the option to Build from scratch
After selecting a template, Save form
Afterwards, Publish form
Copy the Form LInk, the Code (you could embed in to your website), navigate to Form settings and Unpublish form
Go back to the forms homepage
Click on the 3-vertical dots by the right hand side of the Form to Edit form, View submissions made, Duplicate form, Unpublish form , Form settings and Delete form
When you click on Form settings, you would be taken to this page where you can check the Form details, the After submission settings and the Connections you can make on the form
On the After Submission page, you can control what happens when someone submits your form
On the Connections page, you can connect your ad tracking pixels, tags, and APIs.
